My beautiful sister Zoe lost her fight to Cystic Fibrosis on December 2019 at the age of 43 She was the best auntie to my son Jake and an amazing sister to me. Theres not a day that don’t go by when I don’t miss her. Despite being born with cystic fibrosis Zoe lived her life to the full as much as she possibly could. She was a true fighter, she showed courage and strength and was an inspirational woman! We all miss you sis! xxx
