Charlotte Blackman
My gorgeous daughter Charlotte lost her fight against cf just over a year ago at the age of 22. She was the most brave, strong and amazing person I know. She was happy and smiley and didn’t let her cf get her down. Though her last 3 years she really struggle and spent a hell of a lot of time in hospital she still had loads of plans and things what she wanted to do. We all miss her every day.
