My gorgeous daughter Charlotte lost her fight against cf just over a year ago at the age of 22. She was the most brave, strong and amazing person I know. She was happy and smiley and didn’t let her cf get her down. Though her last 3 years she really struggle and spent a hell of a lot of time in hospital she still had loads of plans and things what she wanted to do. We all miss her every day. Breathe easy and fly high my angel
